1. Orders & Payments

A: Simply browse our collection, select your size, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping within the USA and internationally to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Transit time is 6–12 business days. Total delivery time is typically 7–15 business days (Monday to Friday).

Q: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Q: How do I request a return?

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Sizing & Product Care

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Please refer to our Size Guide for measurements and fit details. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Q: How should I care for my dress?
A: Most dresses can be machine washed on a gentle cycle in cold water. For delicate fabrics, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning. See our Care & Instructions page for details.
